At LA FOLY, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a straightforward return process for our valued customers.

Return Duration

Our return policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refunds for "Limited" or "Made to Order" Items

Please note that refunds are not available for artworks or items labeled as "Limited" or "Made to Order" that have been purchased through our website.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again to ensure no oversight has occurred. We also suggest contacting your bank, as processing timelines may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at info@lafoly.art for further assistance.

Sale Items

Please note that only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges only for defective or damaged products. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@lafoly.art.

Shipping

To return a product, please contact us to determine the appropriate LA FOLY branch to send it to.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and in the event of a refund, these costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The timeframe for receiving your exchanged product may vary depending on your location. We recommend using a reliable delivery service that offers shipment tracking and delivery insurance when returning an item. Without these safeguards in place, we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.
