How do I place an order?

​

Simply click the 'Buy' button or inquire about commissions and personalized orders by sending an email to info@lafoly.art. Once we've agreed on your order, whether it's artwork or a personalized garment, the next step is payment.

​

REGARDING ARTWORKS:

An advance payment of 30% of the artwork's price is required for OLY to commence work. The remaining 70% is paid after the artwork is dry and ready to ship, upon your satisfaction. We'll provide pictures and videos of the artwork for your approval before shipment. Once the full payment is received, we proceed with the shipment.

REGARDING CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES:

Payment for clothing and accessories must be made in full through our website or via bank transfer before the LA FOLY team begins work on your garment.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

REGARDING ARTWORKS:

The shipping of paintings and sculptures is arranged individually.

REGARDING CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES:

As we are against fast fashion, each garment is made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for completion, as each piece is handcrafted individually. The delay may vary depending on techniques, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks. This timeframe may fluctuate based on customer demand, but our team will keep you informed about your order's status.

Europe: We provide transportation or use DHL.

Worldwide: DHL

REGARDING CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES:

We utilize DHL for shipping.

What is your return/exchange policy?

​

Our return policy has a duration of 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We regret to inform you that refunds are not available for any artworks and items labeled as "Limited" or "Made to Order" that have been purchased through our website. However, if you wish to initiate a return for one of these items, we will proceed to an exchange, or will issue a credit note of a value equal to that of the returned item, valid for any future purchases on our website or in our physical store within the following year.

 

Each artwork and garment is crafted specifically for each collector/customer. We strongly advise providing accurate measurements and instructions when ordering. While we cannot be held liable for customer errors, please feel free to reach out, and we'll endeavor to assist you.

How do I track the status of my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided with each order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We primarily accept Visa and Mastercard. For commissions & personal orders, bank transfer is accepted. If these methods are not suitable, please contact us, and we'll explore alternatives.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?

Can I customize or personalize the apparel?

How do I care for and wash the apparel?

Due to the variety of delicate fabrics and materials we use, we recommend cold hand washing or professional dry cleaning.
